I didn't receive my login details
First, check your junk or spam folder, as our emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find them, you can reset your password at my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx using the email address you signed up with.
How do I allocate training to my staff?
Log in at my1hs.com, then go to Company Management > User Management > Add New User. Enter your colleague's details, tick Send welcome email, and click Save. They'll receive an email with their login details.
How do I reset my password?
Head to my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx and enter the email address you signed up with. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
Which devices can I use?
You can complete the training itself on any device — laptop, PC, tablet or phone. The final assessment, however, must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted?
Digital certificates are available to download instantly from your dashboard as soon as you pass. Printed copies apply to the Fire Warden and Fire Safety Awareness courses.
